Flexible workspace operator 2-Work will expand its Leeds footprint with a new location at No.1 Whitehall Riverside, set to open in December 2025.

The move follows the recent opening of 2-Work St. Albions and marks the operator’s latest step in strengthening its presence across the city.

The project will see 2-Work take two floors of the landmark Grade A office building in Leeds’ West End business district. The space, exceeding 18,000 sq ft, offers extensive natural light and riverside views, creating a welcoming and contemporary environment in one of the city’s most dynamic locations.
